Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on Creative Director to define and lead Definity’s global creative direction within an AI‑driven technology consulting environment. This role will define, lead, and drive Definity’s creative ecosystem and visual standards globally, ensuring world‑class visual execution aligned with complex consulting and technology initiatives.
Position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction.
- 3+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, modern aesthetics, and high‑end execution.
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
- Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
