A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Customer and sales communication**: Act as the primary ITC (Invoice to Cash) point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams.
**Proactive invoice and payment management**: Provide and active follow up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress.
**Receivables and deductions management**: Manage the collection of aged receivables and resolve invalid deductions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
**Order management and problem resolution**: Oversee order holds and releases, and facilitate the resolution of ITC-related issues.
