Join our Finance Team as a Credit Controller and take ownership of debt management across the Hastings District Council. This is a key role suited to an experienced credit professional who can confidently manage collections, build strong customer relationships and influence positive payment outcomes across a diverse portfolio. Preparing reports on the status of credit and collection activities Strong relationship building and regular engagement with customers to arrange payment or to negotiate payment arrangements. Monitoring and reporting on credit and collection performance, providing insights to relevant Council Committees and Managers. Contributing to the development and improvement of credit management policies, systems and procedures.
