The Credit Junior Analyst will execute hands‐on dispute‐resolution and clearing activities to reduce overdue AR amounts, resolve deductions and short‐pays, and apply unapplied cash, working closely with Sales, Customer Care and customers to improve cash flow and customer experience.The role supports accurate, compliant A/R processing and implements improvements that strengthen controls and receivables performance.CompensationFixed‐term contract, one year, located in Queretaro, Mexico.Salary: 25,000 MXN per month.What You'll DoCollections and Cash Acceleration: Prioritize and action customer worklists; follow up on past‐due invoices; secure commitments; reduce DSO and aged buckets.Dispute/Deduction Resolution: Research root causes; obtain documentation (PODs, pricing/contract terms); propose credits/adjustments per policy; prevent reoccurrence.Reconciliations and Cash Application: Reconcile customer accounts; coordinate with AR department to clear unapplied/unidentified cash; align r...
