Key Responsibilities
Manage criminal defence files from intake to resolution
Represent clients in bail hearings, trials, sentencings, and appeals
Review disclosure materials and develop defence strategies
Conduct legal research and draft legal submissions
Appear regularly in Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench
Communicate effectively with clients, Crown prosecutors, and court officials
