Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a CRM Administrator Lead to join our commercial team based in UK with a remote or hybrid working pattern but must be flexible to travel for meetings
This role is accountable for the business administration of Survitec’s Salesforce CRM platform, owning and evolving customer master data structures. As the business owner for CRM data domains, it ensures data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across customer and sales systems. The role defines and embeds robust data governance, stewardship, and quality controls, driving disciplined data management practices that support digital transformation and a strong culture of customer data accountability.
