Fluidra is seeking a Summer Seasonal hire for a CRM and Warranty Representative role at our Burlington, Ontario location. This is an on-site position will run from May 1st - August 31st.WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As a Customer and Warranty Representative you will coordinate customer service activities of establishment to install, service, maintain, and repair items sold, leased, or rented with service contract or warranty by performing the following duties personally.
Provide technical and mechanical customer support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and e-mail in accordance with company processes and procedures in both English and French.
