About the team
The CRM Customer Lifecycle Manager will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Define life‑cycle strategy and devise tactics in line with the strategy.
- Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage.
- Follow‑up with reporting and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns.
- Work with Data teams to build long‑term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments.
- Build and execute experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a quantitative field required.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Engagement Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing.
