Be responsible for the management, operation, and development of the CRM system supporting the Banks business activities. Lead the implementation of CRM projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation operation. Collaborate with Business, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to identify requirements and optimize processes within the CRM system. Develop and manage the CRM product roadmap, and propose new features and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness and customer management. Drive CRM adoption across the business teams, ensuring that the system is utilized effectively and supports the achievement of business objectives.
