Job Description

This role requires a Junior Sous Chef passionate about food with a culinary background of 3–5 years, ideally in hotel or resort kitchens. Collaborate with the Sous Chef in food preparation, sanitation, and team training. With a focus on safety and quality, you will guide the culinary team while ensuring all tasks meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation and quality control
• Train culinary staff on standard recipes
• Supervise kitchen operations in Sous Chef's absence

Requirements:
