Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the legal curricula delivery process
- Act as primary host to ensure seamless program execution
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust based on feedback
- Mentor presenters in adult learning principles
- Ensure all programs meet organizational and CPD standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 3 years in learning development
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and project management
- Skilled in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
- Interest in educational technology is a plus
