Responsibilities The primary purpose of the work is janitorial and custodial work such as sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors, washing windows and walls, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures. Work is done by hand or with powered equipment. Building maintenance custodial work - sweeps, vacuums, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors; cleans/sanitizes sinks, toilets, fixtures and a variety of other surfaces; dusts exhibits, furniture and other surfaces; collects trash; Moves heavy furniture, supplies and equipment.
