About the Role
On behalf of a leading international BPO based in Athens, we are looking for Dutch -speaking Customer Advisors to handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Both on-site and remote options are available depending on your profile.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Dutch across phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet agreed KPIs (CSAT, response time, resolution rate)
Your Profile
- Dutch C1/C2 native or near-native — mandatory
- English B2 minimum
- For remote: stable connection and quiet working space
