Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Surrey, BC (On-Site)
Job Summary: As a customer care representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and e‑mail. You will enter customer orders and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. You will be using an AS400 based system as well as web‑based applications. You will provide assistance to our outside sales team and work with our supply chain and distribution partners. Your position requires an ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
