Customer Experience Representative - Temporary
Full-time
Only candidates already residing in Canada and possessing a valid work permit in the country will be considered for this position.
Temporary position with possibility of permanence (maternity leave).
Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems.
- Respond to customer needs based on product availability.
- Provide information such as advice, pricing, dates and delivery status.
- Participate in supplier training sessions.
- Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
