Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns across multiple channels
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues related to FBA operations, shipping, and inventory
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics while identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests
- Create and maintain customer service documentation and best practices
