What are your contributions to the team?
The Customer Liaison Pilot (CLP) provides an added layer of support within the Customer Response Center while acting as a key link between Bombardier’s internal teams, customers, and external partners, bringing strong operational expertise and perspective. The CLP also supports the Flight Department and Demo Team in Flight Operations, along with other assigned activities. In addition, the CLP addresses specific customer requirements and contributes to Bombardier activities such as Advisory Meetings and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) events. The role includes the development, maintenance, and review of flight manuals and customer-facing documentation (e.g., Advisory Wires, FONS, and articles), as well as active participation in regulatory initiatives, operational evaluati...
