The position acts as specialist that can manage both Customer Service and pricing/tender operations ensuring accurate end-to-end offer to deliver process.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, validation and order confirmation in ERP.
+ Ensure accuracy of customer master data, pricing conditions, delivery details and materials.
+ Monitor order lifecycle, proactively managing backorders, partial shipment...
