Aptiv in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Customer Contact professional to optimize and monitor customer order processes, including shipping and returns. You will analyze customer demand, manage logistics for emergency deliveries, and serve as the liaison between customers and production.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Tier 1 automotive industry, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A background in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
