Job Description

Serve with quality in products and service to customer plant. Ensure customer satisfaction communication and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Customer Quality systems and KPIs.
  • Oversee department budget, including customer-related charges.
  • Ensure strong performance in customer scorecards and quality metrics.
  • Manage customer quality portals, including PPAP documentation and deviation requests.
  • Lead warranty quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship with customer sites.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to customer quality issues and drive root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and improve team performance and departmental KPIs.
  • Supervise quality support at customer plants and coordinate sorting activities when required.
