Key Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (please verify before applying).
- You must own and genuinely enjoy caring for a cat.
- Availability to work two Sundays per month.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- At least one year of contact centre experience, or outstanding communication skills if you lack formal experience.
- Reliable high-speed broadband with strong upload and download capability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English with UK-based customers.
