Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers in the U.S.
- Perform mandatory cross‑selling of telecommunications products and services.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to meeting the campaign's commercial goals.
Requirements
- Years of experience: Less than 1 year / No experience.
- Education level: High School / Secondary Education.
- Language: English (Advanced Level - B2/C1).
- Salary expectation: $2,500,000 to $3,000,000.
- Job type: Full‑time.
- Contract type: Indefinite term contract.
- Location: Bogotá, D.C.
