Borderland Co-op is hiring a Customer Service Lead at our Moosomin Food Store.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Grocery Manager to ensure exceptional front‑end customer service is maintained.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with all department managers to find solutions.
- Handle opening and closing duties and prioritize loss prevention standards.
- Help train new employees and ensure all Team Members meet performance standards.
