Job Description

  • Supervised customer service vendor activities, including order processing, delivery, and document completion in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Monitored document completeness before vessel ETA and customer warehouse delivery.
  • Coordinated with vendors and internal divisions to ensure smooth import distribution processes.
  • Managed daily coordination with document, operational, and trucking vendor teams regarding delivery schedules and container status.
  • Handled customer and vendor complaints while providing prompt operational solutions.
  • Followed up with vendors regarding shipment updates, delays, and schedule changes.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major.
