Assignments
The role will be responsible for logistics management and coordination in three main scenarios:
Delivery from warehouse in USA to border:
- Receive and validate purchase orders (quantity, warehouse, position, material, dates).
- Coordinate with carriers the pick-up at the U.S. warehouse, ensuring compliance with defined pick-up dates.
- Schedule appointments with the warehouse for product loading.
- Verify transport documentation (BOL, invoices, packing list, certificates of analysis, among others). <...
