Responsibilities and DutiesContact carrier to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivery, empty.Border crossing Mex - US and documentation.Update load status in system, e.g. loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary.Secure capacity for load.Establish and maintain effective relationships with shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses.Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree desired, with minimum 1 year experience working with customer service, transportation, track and trace, etc.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and Reporting platforms.High personal integrity and standards.English: Good communication skills.Attention to details.Team work spirit and collaborative attitude, customer centric attitude.LocationRepública, ***** Saltillo, CoahTipo de puesto: Jor...
