Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Contract Type: Permanent contract directly with Lean Solutions
Salary: $3,200,000 COP
Schedule: Full-time availability between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
Days Off: 2 days per week
Lean Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and fluent English‑speaking Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for automotive workshops, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
