To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Flex Aguascalientes. This role will be in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities- Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively provide comprehensive, high‑quality services for all customer needs.
- Handle enquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, and ensure one‑call resolution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high‑pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers.
