Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? As a Customer Service Representative you are a vital member of our team, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and ensuring that every caller feels heard and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
- Convert calls into scheduled service appointments
- Make follow-up calls after recent service visits to verify customer satisfaction
- Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual appointments
- Prioritize and coordinate service schedules
- Keep customer database up-to-date with accurate information
- Handle other admin tasks as needed
