• Provide customer service to Warehouse and Distributor accounts
• Process incoming orders via calls, faxes, and electronic orders
• Manage daily investigations with 3rd Party Logistics providers
• Analyze order patterns to meet customer requirements
• Produce metric reports to track activity and product issues
