Customer Service Representative - Queenstown

The role:Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role working across the whole branch, Primarily driving our Delivery Truck to customers out in the region, manual handling, Loading / Unloading will be required and otherwise helping out with sales on the Trade Counter, Inwards Goods, Cycle Counting, Stocking and Rotating products on shelves and whatever else is necessary within the branch.

Driving our Delivery Truck and meeting customers to deliver their supplies

Ensure that our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses and home-owners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service

Support the team in inventory management and inwards goods 

Ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery

Accurately checking and receipting product into our systems

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40hours a week. Working Monday to Friday working out of our Queenstown Branch.<...
