About the Job

The Customer Service Representative/Sales Support (Temp) position is responsible for managing customer orders and assisting the Sales Managers and Reps in performing their roles. This position will work day to day within the Canadian team environment to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Order entry for independent and major accounts.
• NSR Order Review.
• Daily review of order reports, monitoring ship windows, shortages, ETA dates.
• Communicate with Sales Reps/Account Managers regarding shortages and extension requests.
• Release order holds when possible.
