A Brief Summary of This Position
The Customer Service Representative analyzes customer requirements and organizes the Company's efforts to meet them in ways that maximize both customer satisfaction and profit. The basic function includes responsibility for order tracking from point of manufacturing release to delivery, delivery notification and information, and daily communication with external customers, as well as Valmont representatives up and down the organization, including manufacturing, production control, galvanizing, shipping, and traffic.
Essential Functions
- This position reports to the Customer Service Manager for Monterrey Sites and has no direct or indirect reports
- Very unfrequently travel is required for this position
- This position is the focus of the Company's internal and external communications regarding orders in process
