Customer Service/Tech Support Rep - Software (On-Site)
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support.
- Help customers resolve technical issues.
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Help customers with software related issues.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Banking and invoicing accounts receivable experience is an asset.
- Prior customer service experience required (at least 1 year).
- Strong listening skills to understand, empathize, and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
- Open availability to work weekdays between 8am-12am Mon-Fri EST and weekends 9am-6pm.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
