Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as Head of Customer Success at a dynamic EdTech SaaS company. Take charge of a dedicated team focused on enhancing user engagement and expanding business opportunities.

As the inaugural Head of Customer Success, you’ll oversee Implementation, Onboarding, and Account Management, leading an 18-member team. Supporting a robust $20M+ ARR, you will drive strategies to evolve from minimizing churn to maximizing expansion, working closely with the SVP of Growth.
