Job Summary The Data Operations Associate is responsible for reviewing, validating, and manually entering customer orders into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
This role ensures that all order information is complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements before processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify product information, quantities, pricing, customer details, and shipping requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors before order entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams or customers to resolve order-related issues.
- Accurately enter customer orders into ERP, OMS, or other business systems.
- Process order modifications, cancellations, and updates as required.
- Perform quality checks on entered orders and maintain accurate records.
