Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex authentication environments and solving critical enterprise access issues?
We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment.What You’ll Be Working With:
Active Directory
LDAP / DNS / Group Policy
MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication
Windows Server Infrastructure
Citrix / RDS Environments
Secure Access Gateways
Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC)
Enterprise Authentication SystemsWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and enterprise authentication issues
Strong understanding of Authentication vs Authorization concepts
Hands-on experience with AD, LDAP, DNS, GPOs, certificates, and MFA troubleshooting
