Customer Service Representative - Part time
Remote - Ontario, Canada
Driven Brands is looking for an inbound customer service representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week and provide open availability. The starting wage for this position is $19.35 per hour plus incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Function as an expediter of all incoming calls.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives.
- Ensure the proper processes are followed and task deadlines are met.
- Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems.
- Be flexible and adaptable to constant change.
- Accurately communicate customer details to franchisees.
