Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone & in person. Assist customers with finding products. Provide quotes and take orders. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. Document customer interactions and update accounts. Proactively generate new sales leads. Learn full suite of products and services. Work closely with warehouse to deal with order and shipping issues.
