Role Summary
Greentank is looking for a Customization Project Coordinator. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension, or permanent spot. This is a great opportunity for a co-op student, or recent grad looking to begin their careers in project coordination. The Customization Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful workflow of each custom project lifecycle from design to manufacturing.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate custom project flow by liaising with the sales/marketing departments, and the industrial design teams to identify and define customization requirements, scope, and objectives of projects
- Set up and lead meetings with key stakeholders to plan upcoming projects, documenting timelines and actions needed from each department
