Job Description
We are seeking a confident and creative CUX Event Coordinator to join an outsourced Curated Experience (CUX) team, responsible for delivering an engaging programme of workplace events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a programme of events aligned to key cultural and seasonal themes (e.g. International Women's Day, Pride Month, Black History Month)
- Develop creative concepts and activations for both structured initiatives and more flexible periods (e.g. summer and family-focused events)
- Manage events end-to-end, including planning, coordination and delivery
- Oversee budgets and raise purchase orders in line with event requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Security, Catering/F&B teams, suppliers, vendors and the GoTo team
- Create event materials and promotional content (e.g. posters, leaflets, Canva designs)
- Support communications and engagement campaigns to maximise participation
