This key leadership position, situated in Markham, Ontario, or Eastern USA, involves direct reporting to the CISO and managing the cyber defense capability. Responsibilities include leading incident responses, optimizing security tooling, and enhancing vulnerability management programs across both on-prem and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Owning the full incident response lifecycle
• Coordinating security incident responses and communications
• Overseeing the MSSP’s operational performance and quality assurance
• Strengthening the vulnerability management program
• Leading tabletop exercises and simulations for readiness
Requirements:
• Significant experience in leading SOC and incident response teams
• Solid understanding of security tools and workflows
