About the Role
The Manager, Data Center Operations & Infrastructure (DCM) oversees day‑to‑day management of Vancouver 1 & Vancouver 2 data centers, leading a team of technicians, operators, and infrastructure managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data center professionals to deliver world‑class service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all aspects of electrical, mechanical, security, and fire safety systems run seamlessly.
- Drive efficiency in customer installations, service requests, and remote hands support.
- Manage and resolve technical and operational incidents, leading emergency response efforts when needed.
