What you need to have
- College degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles;
- Strong experience with data pipeline design and development (batch and streaming);
- Proficiency in Python and/or Scala for data processing;
- Experience with SQL and relational/non-relational data modeling;
- Experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar);
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS Glue, Redshift, or similar);
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and lakehouse architectures;
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices;
- Availability to relocate to Portugal.
