Daily Responsibilities:
Agent will do a lot of the manual work in Office daily especially drafts for PDA closed accounts BDA closed accounts as well as Drafts for NFDG This agent would complete at least drafts daily. Assisting with decisioning and sending email scripts for the pay/no pay process
Must Have Skills: To have related experience required Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills Information Seeking Listening, Understanding and Responding skills
