Position: Data Governance Specialist
Location: GTA
Salary: $125,000-$140,000
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Data Governance Lead to support a large‑scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for establishing and operationalizing a company‑wide data governance framework while leading critical data migration activities across multiple business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise‑wide data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and stewardship processes.
- Lead data migration efforts for ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop and execute data mapping, transformation rules, validation processes, and cutover plans.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and quality assurance activities to ensure migration readiness.
