Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of trusted, scalable operational reporting and analytics across workforce, productivity, backlog, SLA, FTE, and cost metrics.
- Build and maintain curated data models, semantic layers, and reusable reporting assets that enable a single source of truth.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting logic across Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, and Leadership.
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards and recurring reporting that improve visibility, decision‑making, and performance management.
- Enable self‑service analytics through governed datasets, reusable logic, and clear guardrails for business users.
- Strengthen data governance through improved ownership, documentation, data quality controls, and reporting standards.
