Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support Treasury & Payment Solutions Technology by transforming complex ITSM and operational data into actionable insights that drive service performance, operational stability, and strategic decision-making.
This role will lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise reporting solutions across Power BI, ServiceNow, and multiple integrated data sources. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to technology, operations, and business stakeholders while driving automation, reporting modernization, and data-driven decision making.
