Role Overview
To research the local automotive market in order to find data on car specifications through the use of industry websites and publications. By collecting and inputting prices and specs data on a regular basis for new vehicles from the automotive industry to enhance the official figures. To improve the quality of the specifications database in the relevant market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build up and maintain contacts within the motor industry.
- Liaise with automobile manufacturers and importers to collect data on a regular basis.
- Actively find new and better ways of collecting information to help enhance the official price and specs data.
- Collaborate with other data suppliers, trade organisations, and dealers to gain additional information about the automobile industry.
- Interface with other JATO staff to gather additional pertinent automobile data.
