Daily Job Duties / Activities
- Taking ownership of and leading technical resolutions for production incidents
- Communicating clearly complex technical issues to stakeholders and Lines of Business partners
- Complying with CIBC standards for change control and overall database security policies
- Analysing recurring incidents and identifying service improvements where possible
- Providing on-call rotational/pager support where required
- Participating in Incidents and Changes as part of BAU Operational activities
